Building packages

• The 'cvc cook' command takes a .recipe file and builds binaries

• Running 'cvc cook pkgconfig.recipe' will create a “locally cooked” changeset file

• Running 'cvc cook pkgconfig' will download all of the sources for pkgconfig from the repository, build according to the recipe, then commit binaries to the repository server
