We had a presentation at the Triangle Linux User Group
(www.trilug.org) about RUNT, which is small enough to fit on to a 256 MB
flash thumb drive.

It was originally used as a device to troubleshoot desktops on the
NCSU campus. Hence the name: ResNet USB Network Tester.
