[Linux-ham] ISS pass tomorrow night

I believe that most Icom HTs will tune out of band but I believe you
hold down a key when powering up. There use to be a page on the icom
site that told you those key strokes. Then there is also a mods site
that also will tell that. I cant remember any of that a this time. It
was all on my main system that is currently "tango-uniform".
