To compare AX.25 to TCP, think of the callsign as the address and the 
SSID as the port. You cannot talk from localhost:25 to localhost:25. One 
of the port numbers has to be different.

If you were to originate from a different SSID, (eg: fm FH1GOU-2 to 
FH1GOU-1 ctl SABM+) it would probably work.
