[Linux-ham] /dev ports for USB serial adapter

do they always have the S0, like ttyS0? Or can there be other names, like TTYB0 or something? I’m just trying to figure out a way to script this so any time somebody plugs in any USB to serial adapter that I can discover it and assign it correctly in the packet node software.
