That... "thing"? I thought that COPS documentation said something like=20
"... and now that we are about to enter in the 90's...." . I mean, this=20
tool is a little dated.

For "Insecurity Scanners" you could try Tiger or Nabou:

Tiger is a little newer (last update, 1994)

Is COPS part of the RHCE study track? Or we just need to know about=20
insecurity scanners?
