[RHCE] rhce registration experiences

Mine took a few days, I think it's handled manually.  I'll bet they do
it this way since most of the registrants are P.O.'s and other complex
things; I doubt they get *that* many credit card orders.  But it's worth
another call or email; they're usually prompt in returning e-mails.
