[RHCE] Starting again?

I recommend that you guys gather some folks together and once you get
around 12 folks committed, setup meetings on a weekly basis.

It seems like the folks who do the most organizing are the ones that
learn the most (and consequently pass the RHCE).

I'm happy to help out, but really you need to assign a new discussion
leader for each meeting. That discussion leader preps the outline for
the evening and leads the discussion. It's nice if he actually reads the
docs for the topics, but really the important thing is to just have
someone lead the discussion and walk folks through the topics of the
evening.

Some of the folks there will have read the docs (I used the Red Hat
manuals as my main source - since those are they guys who also wrote the
RHCE test!). Some of the folks there will bring their own expertise to
the meeting. All in all it's a lot of fun.

I had a great time with the last group and I'm sure I would have passed
the RHCE - had I chosen to take it.
