Guys guys guys,

I've seen a whole lot of flurry about setting up LTSP for your study sessions. But just a couple of questions

For the RHCE exam you will be running your own servers. You will need to set up your own servers responsible for a whole vlan. I think maybe you are limiting yourselfs a great deal working of thin clients.

What if you have numereous people trying to configure an apache server at the same time, if your LTSP server is also you're apache server you'd seriously run into some problems. YOu could set it up so each diskless workstation acts as an independent terminal I suppose, not sure you can start recompiling the kernel, add modules etc etc though..

The best way is to install RH8.0 across your machines.. and then when you've done that install it again and again over NFS, ftp, http, configure your own kickstart files and run automated installs.

Just my take,
Mark
