if you really want to make it easy, this is what you need:

http://www.disklessworkstations.com/cgi-bin/cat/info/dlw-L100b.html?vtPZy=
vQV;;107

it's a standard nic with a custom etherboot eprom onboard. it can be use=
d in=20
a ltsp workstation with no moving parts whatsoever - no HDD, no cdrom, no=
=20
floppy. not too shabby for $35.

the other option that i prefer is to install intel 10/100 nics and use th=
e=20
boot floppy. i've tried a bunch of nics with etherboot and ltsp and inte=
ls=20
just work the best. they're $33 at neweg with free shipping.

the final option is to use pxe (again, best supported by intel, who i bel=
ieve=20
developed the spec). check out this article for what's involved:

http://ltsp.org/documentation/pxe.howto.html

i actually found a better pxe article a few months ago but neglected to=20
bookmark it. if i find it again i'll post it.
