btw, i'm almost done with my write up, i'll post it shortly.  and i
gotta tell 
ya, after two days of studying it, i can say without hesitation that LVM
is 
the bomb.  i'll bring a system with dual hard disks tomorrow so we can
play 
around with raid and LVM.  maybe not tremendously useful for a home
system, 
but on a big server with multiple disks and/or arrays LVM can do some
nifty 
stuff.  i'm expecting to spend a fairly significant amount of time on 
raid/lvm and kickstart tomorrow since a) i have a feeling most folks
don't 
really know that much about them and b) i've heard thru the grapevine
that 
both play a significant role on the exam.
