[RHCE] RHCE study group

This might be the ticket. Our biggest first sticking
point is finding a place to meet. Last time, we had
about 8 folks total. I can't imagine we're going to
have toooo many more than that this second time
around. Maybe we'll wait a day or so to get a
head-count and if we're under 10, we can move forward
with the Durham meeting idea.
