I'm considering attending, depending on time and location.
I'm a "veteran" from last time, so I don't want to 
impose my own constraints on the group, but if the 
final decisons are acceptable 9and there's still room for 
one more) I may show up as well.

In other words, I'll sign up on a stand-by basis.
