[RHCE] RHCE/RHCT exam format ?

Does anyone know if the RHC* exams allow you access to the Internet to
look up documentation for the hands-on portion?  I would assume that
you'd have access to man pages.  But what about things like the Red Hat
manuals or Google searches?  I realize that they're testing your
knowledge and not Google's, but on the other hand, surely you're not
expected to memorize every command-line option?

Unfortunately it seems that this information is covered under the NDA,
so don't answer if you've taken the test, but I was wondering if this
had leaked somewhere.
