MIRC is a very popular Windows IRC client.  It's shareware IIRC.

The information for connecting is:
	server: irc.trilug.org
	channel: #trilug-rhce
(the regular TriLUG channel is #trilug FYI)

You can also use "irc.freenode.net" instead of irc.trilug.org (they
point to the same "Freenode" network.
