We haven't upgraded yet.  I think the sys list is waiting for some need
not addressed in the current version (since it already works, why muck
with it).

Well, I generally set the scripts to nuke anything with a Spam count
higher than 10 and to pass the rest in.  If list folks are using HTML
email composers like Yahoo then I up the auto-delete level to 15.

The most egregious spam never makes it through, but something like that
tobacco add would probably fly under.  We've only had that one, but we
all know that even one means that the address is on *someone's list*, so
the spam will grow.
 
Changing to Members-only-posting is cool.  As noted earilier, the only
problem with that is dealing with the "requests".  Version 2.1.x of
Mailman makes that much easier to handle.
