[RHCE] redhat-config-network bugfix errata

When Lisa L. presented the section on redhat-config-network, she pointed
out quite a few bugs.

It looks like Red Hat has recently released a bugfix errata -- hopefully
that will solve some of the major ones.  I haven't given it a try but
hope to soon.
