[RHCE] [raleighwood] notes from last night and other items

i propose that we do not increment the chapter counter and schedule next
meeting for kickstart.  we did some cool stuff last night yet need to cover
kickstart before signing off on ch 5.

basically, we demonstrated vnc remote display of the unit under test so we
don't have to depend on one monitor while going through material.  chris
helped us out with samba and ftp to get the kickstart file backed up on a
different computer.  chris covered some scripting that i would like to go
through again at some later date.

5.	ultra vnc -> improves refresh per rock
6.	/etc/samba -> smb -> smb.conf -> terrapin workgroup -> service smb
restart -> smbadduser -> user=ccw -> password=something -> can’t write to
/var/www/html
7.	ftp -> vsftp.user_list -> remove root from not allowed -> backup
/root/anaconda-ks-cfg
8.	putty -> sftp -> per tom
