The channel is #trilug-rhce .  There may not be anyone there, but there 
are always people in #trilug, the regular TriLUG discussion channel.

Also, tomorrow night is the TriLUG meeting (see http://www.trilug.org/) -- 
perhaps you have the date/time of the IRC session confused?
