[RHCE] irc meeting change proposal

To throw my $0.02 in... Monday makes better sense to me.

On a side note...  I know we decided to close the group, but I have a
friend/coworker who would really like to join us...  Do you suppose we
could make one exception?  If consensus is opposed, no one will be upset,
but I thought it would be worth asking.
