[RHCE] [Raleigh] Membership

[Frye, Matthew]

Since membership is significantly reduced from our initial number, I say we
open up membership.  Concerns about 9.0 going out the door aren't
necessarily valid since we do labs on Fedora Core anyway.  Comments?
