hey Kathir & RHCE group --
I would strongly recommend that you change the focus of your class to
include Michael Jang's updated 4th edition of the RHCE study guide.
Not only has he improved the book (based on a lot of feedback from
users of the 3rd edition), but now it covers Red Hat Enterprise Linux,
which is the focus of the new RHCE exam.

Doing a lot of work with Red Hat 8 or 9 right now is just not a good
investment of your time. The lifecycle of those products has expired
and they will see limited deployment. If this is about job training
and learning current tools, then I highly recommend you check out this
new text.
And Kathir, no one can tell you too much about the exams because the
test taker has to agree to a Non-Disclosure agreement before they can
take the test. This helps protect Red Hat and the value of the RHCE
certification. However, you should know that the test WILL NOT include
questions about the older Red Hat Linux products (8,9, etc), NOR will
it include Fedora Core. According to what I've been told, the only
product knowledge tested involves their new line of Enterprise Linux
products (Workstation, Server, etc). Check redhat.com for more info.
Good luck on your Linux path!
