[TriLUG-announce] proposed amendment to the bylaws: publish and maintain an Anti-Harassment Policy

Greetings again TriLUG,

Per our Articles of Incorporation[0], any proposed amendment to the bylaws must be announced not more than 60 and not fewer than 10 days before the meeting at which a vote is to be held on said amendment. Having had much discussion[1] last week, and out of an abundance of caution, this is now your quasi-official notice. Here is the amendment:

"The Steering Committee shall publish and maintain an Anti-Harassment Policy for TriLUG"
