This line is from your sources.list:
  deb http://security.debian.org/ lenny/updates main contrib non-free

The above line produces the following error output when you try to
fetch the updated package listing file.

> Ign http://security.debian.org lenny/updates Release.gpg

Do you have network or DNS problems ? Can you manually fetch this file
using wget ?
  wget http://security.debian.org/dists/lenny/updates/Release.gpg
