[Trilug-ontopic] Proposal to close this mailing list

Hello,
I propose that we close the trilug-ontopic mailing list as part of our
ongoing process to clean up the website and services that we offer.
This mailing list sees very little traffic and yet we still have to
maintain and moderate it.

Concerns:
 - low utilization
 - splits discussion from the main trilug list
 - increases options and confusion for new members
 - maintenance and moderation overheads

If you really want us to keep the trilug-ontopic mailinglist, please
let us know.  Better yet, offer to become a moderator.  Otherwise, if
there are no objections, we will  close this mailing list at the end
of May 2013.
