I spoke to Borders head office at one point (for another group) and they said they would happily issue cards, but that there was a 10 card limit in total. However, the woman said they could get around the 10 card limit by issuing 10 each to each of a number of arbitrary sub-groups! She said send in the application form with a letter ....
