Hi everybody, Perhaps you can advise me: I'm about to buy a Thinkpad, and I have no need for Windows. Have any of you been able to either [a] get IBM to ship a machine without any OS pre-installed or [b] get a refund from either IBM or Microsoft for an unused copy of Windows?
