[TriLUG] Quick non-l33t IPtables question

Can someone give me an example of a rule in an IPtables script that will allow external
web browsing?  I've got this script that I'm trying to customize, though I think I'm
overlooking something obvious.  I hope this doesn't spawn a three-day thread of IPtables
scripts and rules...
