Right now a lot of companies are not happy at all with the new XP. They are
concerned that it is loaded with what is probably best described as software
useful for entertainment. Several business magazines have reported that many
companies do not want these particular tools on the desktops of their
employees BY DEFAULT!!
Hence the reason why there are those who want a user-friendly
desktop, esp. a desktop which doesn't have all the XP junk!! (and this was
reported on Tech TV yesterday!! sorry I can't tell you the precise time this
was discussed. I saw it at Saturn of Cary where I was getting my car
serviced sometime between 1 and 2 PM!! )
