www.linuxgames.com is a good site. Loki is still around, www.lokigames.com
. I spoke to their tech support last week.

FYI...aRTS sound server is by default running under KDE 2.x. Disable it to
make your Loki games run. It takes control of the sound card and doesn't
allow the games to send their info to it.

in this time of strife and worry, I find that games are VERY important to
me.
Where do YOU go to find games under Linux?

I ask this question as the 7.2 install I just did came with a fun little
game
called chromium. Never heard of it before. Are there Linux gaming News
sites, like www.bluesnews.com but for Linux?

 I'll start the ball rolling...

xmame: http://x.mame.net/ Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator (ROMs can be
found at www.mame.dk) All those old arcade games.

Armagetron: armagetron.sourceforge.net - an OpenGL implementation of Tron
cycle game. Multiplayer even.

Loki: www.lokigames.com which is still the best commercial purveyor of Linux

games...
