You can almost certainly repair it yourself - I'm (from a previous life) a
toshiba authorized tech, and it's pretty simple; you just have to be
careful not to rip the ribbon cable that connects the kb to the main
board.

A good source for toshiba spare parts is PC Service Source (usually
pcservice.com but the site seems to be down at the moment). They're
expensive, but they'll be able to get just about anything. I've also had
luck just searching google for something like "toshiba 2065 keyboard".
