More on-topic: Thanks for the help. 1. The docs @ http://www.proftpd.net/docs/ did help clear up a lot of my questions. 2. Mandrakeuser was helpful for anon-ftp setup but otherwise was of limited help. 3. Webmin is great, but it still requires that you know what you're doing... (and I don't) ;) --hmk
