True. However, this is when I try to run VMware and install NT4 or W2K.
Win4Lin is down.

FYI...Once everything was installed, I was able to run them simultaneously
by telling VMware to not use the FDD drive.

Nah, you just can't run them simultaneously. 

The kernel modules interact OK, as long as you only run one at a
time, in my experiences.
