I've installed it on 7.2, but I used the .bin file instead of an RPM
install. I haven't seen any problems with it.

I've not "installed" it on 7.2, but after I upgraded to 7.2 from 7.1 Sun
JDK 1.3.1 continued to work just fine for me.
