[TriLUG] New list: dev at trilug.org, focused on development using Linux

By popular request, we have created a new list on Trilug.org: Dev at trilug.org

This list is for the discussion of scripts, programs, and development on 
the Linux OS. Bash, Perl, C, C++, and Java questions and comments are
all welcome!

Some folks pointed out that the main list (trilug at trilug.org) tends to be 
centered on the needs of System Admins, and that Developers needed a forum 
that was focused more around their needs.

This need mirrors the growth of Linux in our community and we are pleased 
to nurture its growth in this area.  I hope this is only the beginning of 
many services which we provide the development community.

I also look forward to the day when we need a list purely for casual 
desktop users.
