If anyone is interested, you might consider trying to have it
at the Computer Science Building (i.e. Sitterson Hall).  It 
has its own parking lot, and it has network enabled classrooms.
(Of course, getting more than one IP might be interesting...)
I know from experience they have been receptive to local user
groups meeting there (I arranged and gave a talk for LinuxChix
there a couple of years ago) in the past.
