[TriLUG] ipchains log option.

How do you set the logging option on IPCHAINS via the command line.  I don't
know the syntax.  Correct me if I am wrong... The idea is that I put a DENY
at the very end of my rule-set for each chain which puts in a log entry for
every piece of traffic that did not meet my allow settings.  This is working
under the assumption that I prefer to go the DENY route on -P for all chains
and only allow traffic which has a specific rule for it's particular traffic
type (or destination).
