I have also had quite happy experiences with www.mwave.com .

I have had issues with them on occasionally, but they were the
sorts of things that inevidably occur, and they corrected them
admirably.

For example, I had ordered a particular DVD drive and DVD card.
A package containing the correct DVD card but a CDRW arrived.
I called to complain, and the customer support staff

A)	Came to understand my rather strange problem quite quickly.
B)	Arrange for an RMA for JUST the drive ( not the whole
ordered item ), which went quite smoothly.

I was given a particular PERSON to correspond with and/or call
for any issues related to this problem. There where no further
issues, but it's very nice for someone to OWN the problem.

I continue to do a fair bit of business with mwave, and my only
real complaint is that they don't carry Antec cases and power supplies.
