Dear Sir or Madam: 

Thank you for contacting Mr. Oliver with an utterly useless form
letter.  This form letter is his standard reply.  Regardless of the
issues or questions you can find Mr. Oliver's homepage at
http://www.trilug.org/~acoliver .  Through this homepage will probably
not address any issues that were or were not raised in your email, but
in the spirit of utter contextless information it seems appropriate.  

Thank you for sending Mr. Oliver an utterly useless form letter that did
not address anything whatsoever.
