Since these are pretty basic packages (not a lot of dependencies), you
might be able to install them anyway.  If not, grab the source RPM and do
a rpm --rebuild .  But you're right, upgrading to 7.2 is a good idea
anyway.  I just upgraded a production server a couple of weeks ago and it
went almost flawlessly[1].

[1] Some problem with Apache's mod_ssl caused the web server to stop after
the upgrade, but I wasn't using it anyway, so I just turned it off.
