The official site is:
ftp://ftp.software.umn.edu/pub/linux/mandrake/Mandrake-iso/i586/ (Minnesota)

But I got if from:
ftp://ftp.cse.buffalo.edu/pub/Linux/mandrake-iso/i586 (NY)

If you have trouble downloading it, let me know and I'll put it up on a local 
FTP server, or give you a copy tomorrow (assuming you come to the meeting...)
