[TriLUG] Question for ibiblio people

BTW, in the rant below, I mean no disrespect to the ibiblio
people. The service they provide to the Internet community
is greatly appreciated. I'm just a little frustrated with
the naming scheme not being stable and I was trying to figure
out why.
