The nicest thing about the PLF is that you can use the standard
Mandrake install tools to install everything.  I've seen reports
on the Cooker mailing list of just what you want to do working
perfectly with their stuff.

Hmm.. I haven't noticed this.  Try bringing up some other mixer
program (I use kmix a lot) and adjusting the volume there.  Generally,
a program will only adjust one volume control (i.e. pcm) when the
global volume control needs to be adjusted too.

Again, I haven't noticed this.  But I mainly have used just the menus.

Really?  You can't just press "f" and have it switch between full
screen and non-full screen?
