Yup.

And Mandrake is very Debianesque, with its menu structure, this feature 
and urmi

Also, maybe Mandrake is just a Debian with a framebuffer installer, and 
using RPMs. Anyone who has installed Debian knows that Debian is very 
easy to install. You just need to know how to read. And Mandrake is 
also very easy to install.
