Bingo! Give that man a prize. (Well, we don't actually have
prizes on the mailing list, but consider yourself honored? :-)
In case anyone can't follow the above, Skipjack was the main
algorithm used by the infamous clipper chip. (Don't know
what the clipper chip is? Look it up!)
