Not really.  I got them used from a local consulting firm (tummy.com)
for $30/ea.  They are physically damaged (outer plastic cases are
cracked open) but they work just fine.  You can get similar new cards
from many places (eg. buy.com) for about $60--$70.

Sorry, I don't own any wireless (or pcmcia-to-) PCI adapters.  I'll
probably get one in the coming months as I'd like to turn one of my
desktops into an access point.
