Note:  I'm breaking my rule of 'friends don't let friends run BIND',
but this is probably the easiest way to get a caching DNS online.  I'd
suggest finding the switch that binds BIND to the internal IP interface,
rather than 'all' interfaces.  Also, use BIND 9.
