gandi.net is also a good place to get domain names.  Only email tech
support, but so far I haven't even had to use it.  They will do
primary and secondary dns for you with email and web forwarders, or
will do just secondary dns (I have two domains where they are
secondary and one where they are both with forwarding).  Only
~$10.50/year (their charges are in Euros so the price changes a bit as
the exchange rate changes).
