 I have 2 copies of the latest Gentoo full on CD, so you can dump them from
the server.

Chris, 

I can bring my sever with Mandrake 8.2 and Mandrake cooker on it.
(I was planning on it anyway...) That would let you remove Mandrake 
to make room for more stuff.
