It could just be the new TLDs.  Try random.info (one of my domains) and
see if that resolves for you.  Is your DNS server pointed at your ISP's
DNS servers, or is it making direct queries of the rootservers for
itself?

Aside:  I know that several name resolution utilities didn't (or
haven't) handled the move to the new TLDs very well.  They don't seem to
know to try different root servers for the new TLDs.
